JNCTION shortlisted for MTR Crossrail Celebrating You: Supplier & Partner of the Year Award

The awards evening will also offer a chance to acknowledge and celebrate new innovations and technologies that are being used to modernise the UK’s railways.

Our nomination was for our MTR Crossrail Customer Experience (CE) App, which was delivered last year. It has been in use for 12 months by platform staff at MTR Crossrail stations, including Abbey Wood.

Since its implementation, we have received feedback that the CE App is making an effective contribution to helping MTR Crossrail meet their very demanding KPI of 80% or greater approval on the TFL Customer Experience surveys.

John Geary, Head of Customer Experience at MTR Crossrail, provided us with this brilliant feedback:

Needless to say that we are over the moon to have been selected amongst extremely commended candidates to be shortlisted for the 2019 Supplier & Partner of the Year award; a category that was only added to the Celebrating You Awards in 2018.
