Looking back at LM Labs Cohort 1

Looking back at LM Labs Cohort 1

For the past few months, we have been working with train operator London Midland as part of their LMLabs Cohort 2 programme. LMLabs is an innovation lab and startup accelerator that brings together new technology projects, and customer experience research.

From hundreds of applications, 10 startups were selected for the Cohort 2 programme. Each of the startups were selected because they are working on a project that answers a key challenge in the rail industry today, and share the same goal as London Midland: simply, to make rail journeys better. Our own Aubin: Journey Planner for Autistic People was one of the ten startups that were selected.

Each of the startups take part in the LMLabs 12-week accelerator program, culminating in a Demo Day, which gives each of the 10 startups a chance to present what they have been working on, what they have learned, and what the future holds for them.

With the accelerator program for Cohort 2 coming to a close and the Demo Day taking place in less than a week, we thought we would take a look back at the Cohort 1 startups.
